8-10-2023: Multiple instantiations of the Zero-Drive Tratch appear in the Multiply-Divide Element - therefore the circuit design was revisited out of necessity. To accompany its absence from the Memory Control Element PCB in order to be integrated on a standalone PCB tile late, the final design will be placed on a tile as well for the Memory Control Element PCB.

Rev1 of the design yielded the following circuit.

9-1-2023: The next iteration of the Zero-Drive Tratch saw the circuit simplified to two IC's - a 3-channel 3-input AND gate IC and a 4-channel 2-input NOR gate IC. This brought the part count down from 34 components to 2.

This reduction will save complexity, sources of error and cost per unit. With this iteration, the design was deemed optimized.
