add ApplyPatches operators (ApplyPatchesBase, ApplyPatchesWeightedAvg, ApplyPatchesVoting)
add weight attribution functions (gaussian and radial)
add model loaders (BaseLoader and TorchLoader) enabling distributed inference in a transparent way
add Jupyter Notebook with usage instructions for ApplyPatches operator
