Where should TLVs be defined? #141

Some TLVs are defined in the Messaging doc while others are defined in place with their concepts (such as rounding_intervals).

A PR should be opened to make things uniform or implement some sort of rule.

A rule should be created and discussed on this issue.

Imo, it makes sense to put them all in Messaging
