chore: update discretize-gear-optimizer submodule #21

Whoops, didn't realize this repository had dependencies on the optimizer repo! Pretty minor ones, but still, I'll keep it in the back of my mind when potentially nuking stuff I could just as easily keep around.

This updates the optimizer submodule to point to current main (after a quick oneliner fix) and fixes a few bits so the WIP code that fires off an optimizer run doesn't crash.

the optimizer integration is basically just an initial experiment without any actual integration yet. Idea is to allow people to generate alternative builds on the fly while browsing a build page.
