there currently is a problem with decap where it wont accept a custom file ending .mdx ...

Follow installation instructions from decap cms
Can copy paste the existing config; maybe some adaptions are necessary.
Figure out login: either we go with github oauth (like we are at the moment) or we roll our own identity service.
Setup preview with our mdx components

Remaining problems:

styles are not "correctly" applied. instead I copy them from the main head into the preview iframe after some time - dom events were inconsistent..
tailwind styles are not applied
astro components are not compatible with the react preview. Potentially, we can make all components css class based and reuse them for preview and main site?
