Add incremental update ability #27

Basically,
If in the config:  IncrementalUpdate=true
Load nodes, edges, and people from disk if present.
Load xml event list (incremental since last run)
After processing export nodes, edges, people at the end of a run.

Other variables need to be exported also, showXXXXX (legend, date, etc.)
