UE4.27 plugin (probably) doesn't support DLSS #25

The UE4.27 plugin's URenderStreamViewportClientwas recreated from nDisplay's UDisplayClusterViewportClient which leaves out the DLSS hook in UGameViewportClient. Add it back in and confirm DLSS works.
