Hap encoder installs successfully, then does not show up in Adobe CC render dialogues #51

Apple Mac Pro 2019, OS Catalina 10.15.7 clean install, after installing Disguise Hap encoder 10.2.0 and restarting (repeated several times) the hap encoder doesn't show up in Adobe CC 2020 AE, Premiere, ME. Is there any way to check install locations, files? We have another 2019 Mac Pro where the plug in is working no problems.
