The last release of SoftHSM is 2.6.1 released on Apr 30, 2020. Are you planning to update the repository to release a SoftHSM2-for-Windows version based on 2.6.1 ? The build system for windows is now full CMake https://github.com/opendnssec/SoftHSMv2/issues/547 And a documentation has been provided https://github.com/opendnssec/SoftHSMv2/blob/c1e893cc012362defa06f9afb7bf493c348680b4/CMAKE-WIN-NOTES.md
