Shaking, I just hover over, it's shaking Also, I checked other items, they have not these freezes Maybe, it depends on the resolution and encoding of the uploaded file

Expected result

It is necessary to change the processing of the uploaded video content. Add preload or autoplay parameters to the video tag so as not to load the browser handler too much
