When a new tenant is created, it seems it gets the same DC amount available from the admin account #82

I'm not sure if there is any setup for this, but for each new tenant account, there should be a certain DC amount (to start with) but I see the same DC amount in this new new tenant account than in the admin account... In the setup, I don't see any setup for this initial DC amount for each new account

It seems there is a tenant template where the (free) initial DC amount can be set, but it's not clear how to access the page to set this up. I accidentally got access to this page once but I don't know how...I was not able to figure out how to access this template from the menu...
