I payed today for the Gold version, but it didn't work. Could you give me a solution?

So ... You did changed the memo memo is the only one way to track a transaction and should never been modified when setup on helium network.

I think I found your account and made the upgrade, please confirm it is ok now. If not, please take some time to respond my previous question.
