Bug: ClinVar entries with no assertion for individual variant have Stars==NA #138

Provide the command used or report the bug here

ClinVar variants with CLNREVSTAT=no_interpretation_for_the_single_variant should be assigned zero stars, but are currently being set to NA.

What version are you using?

Add error message here (if applicable)
