Feature request: update directory structure

Update directory structure as follows:

• Rename scripts/ to docker_scripts/
• Create new scripts/ directory to store all AutoGVP R and shell scripts
• Create new directory data to store test files, ClinVar data from database, and output_colnames.tsv
