Add options to select-clinVar-submissions.R that would allow the user to:
Provide a ClinVar concept ID list that would be used to filter submissions to resolve conflicts
Choose how to resolve conflicts when no consensus: take most severe call, or most recent date evaluated? This will force default to most recent when concept ID list is not provided.
What input data are required for this feature or analysis?
variant_summary.txt.gz, submission_summary.txt.gz
