semver git tags #17

For some projects, I have to (or prefer to) wait until a feature is pushed out to a new version via npm. So I would love to be able to check the tags here on github to discover when e.g. #15 is released in version 0.3.3 or 0.4.0. Currently doable by viewing the history of package.json, but I suspect this is less likely to be easy & accurate (right now they are out of sync)

I usually do this for my other projects. Forgot about this one :)
