Overall I'm :+1: on adding the new features, though I have to ask whether you updated the tests...

Also, it looks like you've polluted a bunch of things like the metadata and the .travis.yml, so I wonder if you could fix that up. I'm also not ready to take #26, which you've merged here, because I don't want to just forcibly add retries to solve that.

@juliandunn Sorry, it wasn't meant to happen. I thought i created the pull request based on a branch. I'll clean it up.
