Add autoscaling options for the graph, covering:

Automatic showing of all data (extending graph axes to data limits)
"Following" last portion of data (i.e. automatically adjusting axis range to span data maximum to data maximum minus some value)

This should be implemented on a per-axis basis to provide maximal flexibility.
