Create .gitignore for Go and Python templates #82

Files that I use here are: https://github.com/github/gitignore/blob/main/Go.gitignore https://github.com/github/gitignore/blob/main/Python.gitignore

License is CC0, so we can just use both without any mentions of sources, but for some ignore files it's also mentioned in the comments
