Webhook sync token changed when uninstalling/reinstalling. Causes sync to fail. #5

To reproduce:

  1. Install the plugin and enable syncing
  2. Uninstall the plugin
  3. Re-install and try enabling syncing again

You'll see an error response, and any events sent to the plugin will also error.
