Consider switching to headless Chrome #4

PhantomJS was on life support for a long time and now the maintainer officially stepped down encouraging people to use the upcoming headless-Chrome.

I'm considering forking this project to do so, or removing it. If I end up getting it to work, I'll try submitting a PR.
