List of issues with the dataset sourced from ch_opt

Follow-up/Trap/Counters have been excluded for the sake of this experiment.

List of issues:

[x] Firion AA duplicate with the same ID #15446
[x] Yda, Rinoa CA abilities with similar values previously saved ones (wrong icons)
[x] Vivi LD special effect has no level granted cause of the exceptions set up for default ailments (MUST FIX)
[x] Alisaie other Verspells are not displayed. Fix by looking for more skill options
[x] Enna EX ability (special effect entry) has the wrong icon
[x] Ashe has Self Resist Down that is 100% caused by extra ailments!
[x] Ace Open Blind Stud is with 1 turn duration when it should be 6
[x] Ace HP attack icon is LD
[x] Fang has Self Daze 100% caused by extra ailments, Fix to support getting data from the arguments
[x] Emperor SPD Down debuff duplicated with two random #6028 abilities
[x] Exdeath EX debuff condition to write
[x] Gabranth debuff condition to write
[x] Same deal with Yuri and Ignis, as Ashe and Fang
[x] Fix Fang Faultsiphon turn count, same deal
