Default theme for folder overrides game theme #5

dissolve commented 8 years ago

the new option per game in gamedata.xml does not take effect when first loading a folder. The theme displayed is whatever the folder's theme is set to, not the game that is selected by default.

additionally, games where the theme is not set do not revert back to folder defaults
