And maybe check in hooks generally whether model is even in entries.

✅ In v1.1 the plugin will make sure to check (esp. in hooks) whether the current page, file, user is actually covered by the entries option. So with pages entry of site.index that doesn't include drafts, a status change from/to draft will include/exclude the page in the index. @hannesherold @yoanmalie
