Updates to Hero Plot

• [x] could we choose a different starting point (first sampled point), which ensures that we can see different next 'x' chosen as we increase the \epsilon

• [x] Let's render maths also and see
• [x] we don't need xlabel = x in the first subplot (since the X-axis is common)
