Switch off drill-down view when changing example #5

Right now I can switch examples while in drill-down mode, leading to weird interface states such as this one: screen shot 2018-01-29 at 11 42 27

While at it, it feels weird to me that the selected example is highlighted but still transparent—consider making it fully opaque when selected? (Maybe a matter of taste, though.)
