Per our meeting notes, add several categories of citation!

There are three remaining categories that were somewhat subject to interpretation, and might stand to be further expanded upon:

"General papers on ppl studying and trying to recognize neurons of interest in nns" beyond Karpathy et al. 2015
"Model comparison"
"Finding interesting neurons"

I made this a PR for ease of browsability but I'm just going to merge it into master for convenience.
