broken link to old policy archive #6

The article reads: "Our old policy is archived here." The link "here" is a 404. There is no repository named "pipeline."

Hi @dbieber, thanks for catching this—the repository is in the process of being open sourced, so I won't fix here, but will leave open to track until pipeline is open sourced.

(Note to self: ensure we have a link checker that runs on CI, so it doesn't have false positives when running from a logged-in local machine…)
