Add appendix links for branches #26

When viewing a GoogLeNet concat layer, this PR displays information about the branches the layer is composed of and links to the first neuron for each branch.

It also causes the present layer to be bolded.

The diff is unreasonably large because atom decided to delete all unused whitespace. :/
