Best Order for Related Work Subsections? #207

What does everyone think the best order for related work subsection is?

Since in the article, we'll have just finished introducing FiLM, my opinion is that is makes sense to start with works that directly use FiLM, and then move to less directly related methods. According to this logic, one good ordering would be:

VQA
Style Transfer
Image Recognition
NLP
RL
Generative Modeling
Speech Recognition
Domain Adaptation
