add discussion on inductive bias #209

My first attempt at solving #165

Some of my thoughts:

It was hard to incorporate the points on non-monotonic question interpolation and logical consistency, so I've left them out for now. Do you think we can add it somewhere else?
The last paragraph will need a better transition now that I've added the discussion around inductive bias, any thoughts?

FYI @harmdevries89 I resolved a merge conflict that arose when I merged @ethanjperez 's PR earlier today. You should pull from this branch before making more commits.
