Improve signalling in analysis section? #210

After reading the analysis section, it wasn't clear to me what the takeaways are. Can we signal our key points at the beginning of that section, and then reiterate them at the end?

@vdumoulin and @ethanjperez: I remember we had a list of findings. Since we are all editing, does it makes sense for us to agree on these points before we do another pass over this section?

@harmdevries89 That makes sense about clear signaling. I was thinking the message we should emphasize is the one phrased in the conclusion (and, in more words, in the introduction). My intention in updating the conclusion is to be "signaling" at the end of the experimental section on what the takeaways are, but it may be good to include something like that at the beginning of the section as well.
