Should we rename the project to storeon-rxjs (or @storeon/rxjs) since it have works with rxjs operators and requires it by peerDependencies?

I guess we can if it better explains module functionality.

I think yes. Even if this module is compatible with other observable libraries, it will add huge RxJS to the bundle, which has no sense if you use not RxJS.
