Patch documentation is not generated #79

During configuration, CMake writes the file projects/README.md. Working on the 18.02.2 release, I noticed that the patch information is not written correctly. Externpro thinks we have no patches, and writes none for each project.

This may exist in the main branch, too.

This appears to be fixed already in 21.09.1.
