There are two relevant pieces of information for a given category of need:
whether it is a DA need or a Sphere standard need. The details on what this means aren't super critical for you to know but are explained in the link above if it becomes necessary.
whether it is disposable or not. Disposable items, like soap, are needs that have to be replenished each month. Non-disposable items, like clothing, meet needs that continue to be met until that item no longer serves its function (e.g. until a shirt gets holes in it).
The CirclePacking chart should offer good functionality for showing the numerical data with these two different categorical cuts. If it's a challenge to incorporate both with the circles-within-circles approach that the exemplar of CirclePacking shoes on Nivo, then we could make the DA needs and sphere needs different colors, with the nested circles only showing the disposable/non-disposable distinction.
For each region, we would like to have a CirclePacking chart (https://nivo.rocks/components/) with the needs met data. Pages 31-32 of our Prezi static Q3 needs assessment report shows how we currently present this information in table form: https://prezi.com/i/7qqhisc0ssfr/q3-needs-assessment-report-2022/.
