Added FUNDING.yaml (copied from here) per https://github.com/distributeaid/next-website-v2/issues/114

How will this change be visible?

It will be visible to visitors of this repo on GitHub, but not to Distribute Aid's users.

Hey @swizzard looks great!

Suggestion (blocking): Can we take out the Open Collective link? The Open Collective Foundation shut down earlier this year so we switched fiscal hosts to Omprakash.
