Create NavBar Components with Puck CMS

Overview

We need Puck components for the NavBar section. These components will be used in the new website we're building with Nextjs. The idea is to maintain the same design as the previous website but build it with Puck and Nextjs.

This NavBar component is shared across multiple pages, so it needs to be created as the root component, so that other pages are implemented as children components.
