Once we have a first working version of the AidTaxonomy Graphql API, we will be able to start building a Graphql API to manage needs list.

GraphQL types, queries and mutation to manage needs lists.

How we may solve this

• Write some basic BDDS
• Write all the GraphQL + Ecto scaffolding
• Iterate with more complex scenarios
