Some basic layout changes to bring the front-end closer to Roman's comp (see first screen shot) and further from the Masks For Docs look and feel. Does not include table layout yet but does include:
full width navbar and main content
toggleable sidebar with open-close animation
Plenty of polish and iterating left to do but this is a decent step in the right direction.
Comp for comparison, note the left nav is omitted for now because v1 will only include shipment data.
