Why were the pods.io default column names changed? #10

I see etype instead of the default type, eauthor instead of author, edate instead of date, etc.

Why were the default changed?

Is it possible to leave the default names in place? What I need to change to get this working?

regarding the pods.io fields, it didn't allow me to use some reserved words like date,type,permalink,author pods.io Admin panel didn't allow that when creating the fields.
