Change k6 dependency to v0.45.1 #7

A transitive dependency was removed. v0.45.0 was patched to address the issue. See grafana/k6#3252.

Thx, why downgrading to Go 1.19?

Sorry this was done with a script and I added it last minute as some repos were using very old k6 and go directives.

And 1.19 is what k6 has. Although we should probably bump it as well.
