I'm not sure if you're aware but we recently launched a new bounty to migrate your proposals to the actual District Registry: https://registry.district0x.io/
We're replacing the old voting app with the registry. Let me know if you need help but I would love to see you migrate this over so you can claim your DNT.
It does take a 10,000 DNT submit to submit your proposal but this gives you an extra 2000 you can stake in the registry beyond the deposit amount.

Purpose: The Rentx platform will enable individuals to create a revenue steam from assets they have purchased but do not use on a daily basis. We will enable inactive assets to become active resulting in three positive results.
The person renting the asset creates income from their capital investment.
The person that rents the asset skips the capital investment and has quick access to the tool or product that they need to accomplish their venture.
The third benefit is a more efficient use of all the assets around us resulting in less waste and redundancy.
Description: The Rentx District will have the following features.
Every Rentx citizen will have a profile that will be reputation based with a reputation score according to their community reviews.
All transactions will be made through the District using a form of tokens. The type of coin/token can be determined by the development team. The key is to make the transaction quick and easy with little to no fees.
A deposit of tokens will be help in the smart contract to be released when the item is returned in good condition. This deposit will be determined by the owner.
The platform is to be clean, simple and designed in such a way that renters are quickly matched with the asset they seek and are presented with the rental options in a clear list that is visually appealing on a mobile phone.
The list of products to be rented can be endless, examples,
Household -Chainsaw, Lawnmower, tools, hot tub, children's playground bouncers.
Construction equipment -scaffolding, skid steer, trailers.
Vehicles- cars, trucks, transportation trucks, vans.
Property- from a place to say to grounds for weddings or special events.
Recreation - ATV's, boats, campers.
Services of all types.
Part time office space.
Large automated equipment and or simply allotted time on said equipment.
Rental of crypto tokens to utilize a platform without having to make the capital investment.
The possibilities are truly endless.
