I'm not sure if you're aware but we recently launched a new bounty to migrate your proposals to the actual District Registry: https://registry.district0x.io/
We're replacing the old voting app with the registry. Let me know if you need help but I would love to see you migrate this over so you can claim your DNT.
It does take a 10,000 DNT submit to submit your proposal but this gives you an extra 2000 you can stake in the registry beyond the deposit amount.

Purpose
Organize the production and distribution of local & low-cost urban grown food, Allow communities growing food via hydroponics/aeroponics/aquaponics on their roofs and organize their their production and distribution of the crops.
The idea is to create organizational tools for urban gardeners in order to structure food growing on cities' roofs. This movement is getting bigger all over the world and a lot of communities as sprouting around urban gardening. What lacks today are tools to reward citizens launching theses initiative, as they give their time (most of the time on a volunteer basis) to build and maintain hydroponics/aquaponics/aeroponics systems.
Also, we need tools to allow tracability when selling fruits and vegetables to local restaurants or giving them to the ones living in the building where they have been grown.

The different actors of the district : A - Growers / Token Holders B - Buyers : Local Shops/Groceries/Restaurants C - Districts : each one is represented by a roof with urban farming systems.
Growers (A), the ones installing and maintaining different growing systems, are rewarded with DNT tokens at each crop for the time and energy they gave. The value of what they get is still to be defined (by the time dedicated or by the weight of each crops).
Each district (C) can post their crop on a listing (local marketplace), with the price they wish price and sell to local groceries and restaurants, this in tokens or every other currency.
The reputation system is helping districts to grow better and more tasty food by putting them "in competition"
Smart Contracts are being executed between growers and buyers with invoices.
