I'm not sure if you're aware but we recently launched a new bounty to migrate your proposals to the actual District Registry: https://registry.district0x.io/
We're replacing the old voting app with the registry. Let me know if you need help but I would love to see you migrate this over so you can claim your DNT.
It does take a 10,000 DNT submit to submit your proposal but this gives you an extra 2000 you can stake in the registry beyond the deposit amount.

This is the Creator0x district. Creators could host pages on a searchable platform where they can upload videos, articles, or [something to describe what every webpage has] where while the viewer will read, watch, or whatever the creator’s content, the browser mines a coin of the creator's choice. The implementation of browsers mining coins has already been observed, with CoinHive privileging writers to program pages to mine while people read the page’s articles, allowing. I think this would serve well as a replacement for ad revenue and would take out middle men like YouTube.
What are we solving?
We are solving the problem with writers and content creators being properly contributed to for their work. We are also solving the problems of the middle man controlling content and who gets a say in how that content is used or displayed.
Who are we helping?
This district would allow anybody who creates content to be properly accredited for their work. This district also helps the viewers with reduced malicious ads and the annoyance of ads.
Who could we get rid of?
YouTube. The unfair dictation from YouTube affects content creators’ incomes and lives. YouTube clearly has a system favored towards corporations taking down any videos requested by them without any recourse capable. YouTube also deliberately promotes videos with certain political opinions they favor (bold political view, source)
