I'm not sure if you're aware but we recently launched a new bounty to migrate your proposals to the actual District Registry: https://registry.district0x.io/
We're replacing the old voting app with the registry. Let me know if you need help but I would love to see you migrate this over so you can claim your DNT.
It does take a 10,000 DNT submit to submit your proposal but this gives you an extra 2000 you can stake in the registry beyond the deposit amount.

Name Docset
Purpose To start almost any project, you need a template, some kind of starting out point. From high school essays to startup legal docs to ICO smart contracts, you very rarely ever start from scratch. Online templates can range from well-done lists created by a community like the NVCA’s Model Legal Docs to malware asking for a $5 fee to download a contract that ends with an exe file on your computer. Creating a decentralized community for curating the best templates would both help people who need a template for one reason or other and help give recognition to those who create the templates.
Description In it’s most basic form members could post templates for download to the community. A contributor could choose to put a download price on the template or not. As with other districts there would be the ability to upvote templates. As a template is upvoted it’s creator would gain reputation at the same rate as the template itself. As a contributor gains more and more reputation their new templates would start with greater reputation. This may allow a contributor to add a higher download price to the template.
However, the ultimate goal would be to have a curated searchable list of available templates that would be free to use for the community. In order to promote making templates available for free I believe contributors rating in this district could earn them badges or other certification to promote themselves on Ethlance. Service providers do this all the time on their own websites, see Cooley’s “CooleyGO document generator”. A reputation ranking that can be shown on Ethlance would be good enough but specific badges may be helpful in terms of differentiating a person’s reputation (a startup lawyer shouldn’t fetch a high price for a design template because they have a high reputation). This would incentivize template creators to publish on the platform so they can point to their rating.
Why on district0x This marketplace at its core would utilize distric0x’s main features: posting and listings, search and filtering, ranking & reputation, and less so, payments and invoicing. The marketplace would also link directly to Ethlance and potentially many other marketplaces on the platform where people offer their services. I also believe this could be an early district as the it wouldn't require whole market adoption to start, in the beginning it may consist mostly of smart contracts.
Types of Templates I’m sure there are many but these are the ones that got me thinking.
