Pictosis Crowdstorm Design Platform.

Purpose

Decentralize the future of creative work to solve design challenges crowstorming for innovative tasks needed by clients, brands, organizations or by the own autonomous community itself.

The Future of Creative Work Decentralized.

Description

1. Clients, Brands or Organizations Mode

a). A client, brand or organization posts a crowdstorm design project(contest) with a specific task to solve(i.e. design the myetherwallet cards collection), then set up the project time(open/close dates), money rewards(DNT) & the awarded places for the 2 types of prizes:

  1. Winners designs selected by the client owner of the project(contest).
  2. Winners designs selected by the community ratings(peoples choice).

b). All creators, designers, artists & innovators can upload their proposals at the platform to post it in the crowdstorm project dashboard and will receive some DNT as an incentive to keep interacting checking, commenting, rating & giving feedback to all others ideas submmited as well.

c). All ideas will be open for fair rating to reward the best designs proposals chose by the community regardless clients final choice. The best rated ideas will win DNT according to the community prizes setup.

d). The winners designs selected by the client will win DNT according to the clients choice prizes set up.

e). It doesn’t matter if you are not a designer, the platform community also needs different perspectives to see things to comment, give feedback and rate any idea if you like it, so, that will give you some DNT as well to keep the community & the platform alive. Its like getting tokens for your karma within the community.

f). All ideas will be registered on the blockchain to protect designers © & will allow smart contract to enable txns within the platform.

2. Autonomous Mode

a). Community members can post ideas for design & innovative projects(contests) with specific tasks to solve(i.e. design the official crypto spacesuit) and will have to pay DNT for it. Then the community by voting will choose the next crowdstorm design project that will be open. The project(contest) prize pool will be gathered from the DNT paid by the members that posted ideas to open a crowdstorm but they didn’t make it to be launched.

Once the next crowdstorm design is selected to be open by the community voting, all will work the same as the previous mode explained above(Clients, Brands or Organizations Mode), except that there will only be winners selected by community ratings(peoples choice).

b). All creators, designers, artists & innovators can upload their proposals at the platform to post it in the crowdstorm project dashboard and will receive some DNT as an incentive to keep interacting checking, commenting, rating & giving feedback to all others ideas submmited as well.

Thx a lor dear @Alexand0x for you awesome comment! Yes! We can crowdstorm anything we want to design to create & develop innovation.

Actually this last 2 weeks we been working very down here in the pictosis.com beta release launching a new crowdstorm design project with a total prize pool of $6,000.

Now live! Still as centralized platform to show how the basis works receiving feedback and improving it for the big leap of faith to the Ethereum Blockchain as a district0x!

Since tomorrow we will start posting on social medias for the open call to crowdstorm at pictosis.com

Also I started with a little detail at briefing (payments methods) with the option to get paid in ETH in case a winner selected designer wants to receive his/her reward by the ethereum blockchain.

We dream to become this it into a district0x DAO DApp to Decentralized the Future of Creative Work on the Ethereum Blockchain, bringing design & innovation opportunities to global talents.

Hey! We just launched the District Registry. 😎

Be sure to submit it to the registry if you want to see it built as one of the next districts.

We will be deprecating the old voting app and Github proposal system now that the registry is live.

Also, be sure to stake your DNT into the districts you want to see remain in the Registry. https://registry.district0x.io/

Your staked tokens act as an 'Upvote' within the registry. Similar to any TCR, you will also receive a portion of the challenge rewards if anyone ever challenges the district. So be sure to migrate any tokens you used in the old voting app.

I will be streaming today now that the registry looks stable and people are beginning to stake DNT. We will dive in, answer all your questions and help get you started. Hope to see you later today!

Hey @xibot Just making sure you saw my other message on your other proposal:

I'm not sure if you're aware but we recently launched a new bounty to migrate your proposals to the actual District Registry: https://registry.district0x.io/

We're replacing the old voting app with the registry. Let me know if you need help but I would love to see you migrate this over so you can claim your DNT.

It does take a 10,000 DNT submit to submit your proposal but this gives you an extra 2000 you can stake in the registry beyond the deposit amount.
