Below you can fill out all the parameters required to submit your district for a place in the District Registry. Please keep in mind these items cannot be altered once submitted. Further down you can find the three different options for token issuance curves, with descriptions for each. These curves determine how many DNT need to be staked to earn votes for successive stakers to the district. You can read more here [LINK TO ED PORTAL on staking]
~Curve option 1~ Flat: Every new DNT staked receives the same amount of voting power back at any time.
~Curve option 2~ Linear: Every new DNT staked receives a smaller portion of voting power back as more DNT in total is staked.
~Curve option 3~ Exponential: Every new DNT staked receives a MUCH smaller portion of voting power back as more DNT in total is staked.

This page has two different sections that need to be filled out. The first is at the top, and it should be a complete page overview, with brief mention to fill out the form at the top, and an explanation of choosing the staking curve at the bottom.
Beneath each staking curve, we also need additional copy that explains each curve. We can also name each curve at the top near the radio button - I think "Flat", "Linear", and "Exponential" will do.
