We update server tests that were left behind when updating serverside web3.

Notable changes:

we use snapshots functionality available on providers like ganache and hardhat to clean chain state between tests - faster than contracts redeploy
update everything to work with returned promises
test macros can have unexpected interplays with go, <!: https://ask.clojure.org/index.php/10546/analyzer-error-when-there-are-more-than-21-tests-in-cljs-test
