Just wanted to follow up on this issue -but is there any way we can get this resolved? Thanks!
Hi, Yes we are working on a fix to this one. Will let you know as soon as we have something. Regards, Michael
Ok, thanks for the update!
Just following up on this one again. We really need an ETA as this bug is holding up our release. Thanks!
The fix will be released this week.
Thanks! It looks great on iPhone! I hate to say it though,but now it's broken on iPad - or at least ios8 devices. Same issue, shows up only portrait mode on landscape.
Right, The one device I must have missed.. I'll look into it
not working on ipad T_T
@khacduyst What version of iOS is the iPad running?
@marchbold : my iPad is version 8.1.
Can you describe a bit more what you're seeing on iPads? I don't currently have access to an iOS 8 iPad however the simulator tests are working, so I might need some more information from you.
Could you post the console logs during a rotation?
@marchbold - I was able to get a screenshot of what I'm seeing. I'm not getting any console logs though, is there something I can change to enable them?
I will say this - in the previous version of the date Picker, it was appearing as a modal, or was disconnected from the frame of the device. Now, it seems anchored. I"m not sure if this change is intentional or not - but I almost prefer the anchored style as the modal never really seemed to line up with the element I was triggering from.
Hi, Yes this change was intentional as I'm going to add in a separate call for a popover date picker and give positional controls for it.
With the console logs you'll need to use xcode or other to get the logs off the device. I'm talking about the device console logs here not the actionscript ones. Do you have access to that?
Sorry @marchbold, I had a long day. Here's what I've captured when changing the orientation on my iPad:

Right, Strange iOS 8 was supposed to flip the width and height from previous versions but doesn't seem to have in your device. I'm looking at the lines:
com.distriqt.Dialog::orientationChanged
setFrame: (0.000000, 0.000000, 768.000000, 1024.000000)
Which version of iOS 8 is this?
I'm at 8.0.0 - I saw a lot of those orientation changed calls, but it didn't see it change from the values you had posted. Is there anything else I can do to help shed light on this?
Right, So I think I've assumed it was iOS 8 that made that orientation width / height swap but I've done some more research and it appears it was 8.0.2... I'll change the version check and get an update out soon.
@marchbold - The build looks good for my iPad, and iPhone! I'm considering this issue resolved. Thanks!
@greglindquist Awesome! Thanks for your patience
@marchbold How to set dialog is landscape mode?
Hi, Please add more information about your platform, iOS version etc. Have you tried the most recent update?
When calling 'showDatePicker' - the date picker appears great on portrait mode, however; in landscape mode the date picker is half off the screen and is sideways. I've been able to confirm this in IOS6 and IOS7. Not sure if this is an issue for IOS8 or not.
