Author name not detected #12

Hi i just installed this script then i got 1 problem When i open the mdt there is Welcome message on the top left corner of the screen but it only show welcome without the officer name then i create warrant the date,name,report,notes,charges,expires was saved but the author one not save in database it said (NULL) here is the screen shot Screenshot_426 Screenshot_428 Screenshot_426

This MDT only supports legacy ESX. That was made pretty clear in the dependencies.
